What can I say about this season? I guess, one word, WOW! It was a season of firsts. Our school won its first district title. We beat Gulf Breeze for the first time. We made it further in the playoffs than ever before. Our coach, Chloe McMillion won All Area Coach of the Year. Julia Frosch won All Area Newcomer of the Year. I won All Area Player of the Year. I won PNJ’s Player of the Week. Julia and I were chosen to represent the North Florida team at the USA National Tournament. I was awarded a Player of the Year award by MaxPreps. My stats this year were a career high with 106 goals, 105 ground controls, 44 ground balls, and 35 caused turnovers. My goals were good for 31st across the nation and 2nd in Florida. Oh….and I won MVP. What more can I say!! Our team rocked it.
